Return policy
At Faberico, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1) 7-Day Easy Return/Exchange
You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Faberico offers reverse pick-up services for your convenience, with a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100. Please note, exchanges are limited to one per item.
2) Reverse Pick-Up Attempts
Our courier partner will make two attempts to pick up the item. If the pick-up is unsuccessful, it becomes your responsibility to send the item to our return address. Availability of reverse pick-up services may vary based on your area’s pin code.
3) Condition of Returned Products
- Item Condition: To receive a full refund, ensure the product is in its original condition, with the product tag intact and securely packed to prevent damage.
- Return Time Frame: Returns are eligible if initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Approval Process: All return approvals will take 2-4 business days to process.
- Original Packaging: The return must include the promotional gift, warranty cards, and any additional items that came with your order.
- Invoice Submission: Submit the order invoice to the pick-up agent as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products marked as “Not eligible for Return” on the product page.
- Gifts, clearance items, and promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return amount.
4) Refund Processing
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days after the return is received. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Credits and Points: Store credits and reward points are non-refundable. However, they can be redeemed for future purchases at any time on our platform.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5) Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
6) Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest hygiene standards, certain items such as sunglasses, socks, and innerwear (e.g., boxers and trunks) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure that all items are securely packed to avoid any potential damage or loss during transit. Additionally, kindly include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All returned products must be in unused condition, with original tags attached and the packaging intact.
