Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days under normal circumstances. However, for customized or special orders, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the courier services operating in your area.
Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, unexpected circumstances—such as public holidays, unforeseen weather events, or logistical challenges—may cause delays. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days. For customized orders, delivery may take up to 30 business days in unforeseen situations.
We will notify you of any such delays via email, and you will always be informed of your expected delivery details when placing your order. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping and Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate on the courier’s website. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving the tracking details, feel free to contact our support team at support@faberico.com.
Risk in Transit
Faberico takes responsibility for your order while it is in transit until it reaches your designated delivery address. However, once the package has been delivered or left at the shipping address, we are no longer liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays. If the courier company charges any penalties for incorrect or mismatched addresses, the customer will be responsible for covering these fees.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of being placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive it within 5-7 business days under normal conditions. If there are any delays, we will inform you via email.
Shipping Delays
If there is an unexpected delay in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. While we work hard to avoid delays, certain circumstances beyond our control may occur. Refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges are not available in cases of shipping delays beyond our control.
